Early, standard, and late ticket registration includes: admission to all sessions at the Advance the Gospel conference, free housing, snacks and refreshments during breaks, lunch on Friday, a conference booklet, For the Sake of His Name 2nd ed. by David Doran, Gospel Meditations for Young Adults by Chris Anderson, Et al, and Let Your Light Shine by Matt Williams.

The free housing option consists of cots in a gymnasium. You need to bring your own pillow, bedding, toiletries.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Free shuttle available for those who fly into the Kansas City International Airport (MCI).

Childcare will be provided for children 5 years old and younger.

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and educational purposes in connection with Advance the Gospel.

Ambassador program

You will receive $5 off your price of admission (up to the cost of your admission ticket) for each person who registers using your code. You will get an email with more information about the Ambassador Program after you register.

refunds & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Monday, December 30, 2019. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded. If the Advance the Gospel Conference is cancelled, Advance the Gospel will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.
